At Broadhurst, we focus on cultivating character and promoting well-being through everyday experience, whether in Forest School, themes activities or a range of after school clubs.
Trips
Forest School and day trips take place during the school day, giving children the opportunity to learn through direct experience by exploring the natural world, taking on new challenges and developing independence in a supported environment.
Clubs
A range of after-school clubs is offered each term and is open to children across all year groups. Current clubs include ballet, science, coding, tarka and capoeira, with the programme reviewed each year to reflect the interests and enthusiasm of our pupils.
Before & After School Care
We understand that family commitments vary, and our wraparound care is designed to offer flexibility without compromising on quality. Breakfast Club is available from 8:00am, and after-school care runs until 5:30pm – all within the safe and familiar surroundings of the school. Children enjoy a dynamic programme of creative, active and social activities while in our care.
Summer Camp
This year, Broadhurst Summer Camp runs from 13 July to 31 July 2026, from 8:45am to 3:15pm. Three weeks of arts and crafts, baking, construction challenges, water play and garden games, woven together with curriculum activities including phonics, maths, literacy and verbal reasoning. The camp is available to current families only. Please email the school office for more details.
